Terms of use

The Directory contains information about adult services. By accessing it, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to view such content in your jurisdiction.

You must not use the Directory if you are under 18, regardless of whether your jurisdiction permits any other age of access.

The Directory is a directory and review aggregator only. We do not own, operate, manage, broker, schedule, take payment for, or guarantee any service offered by any business listed on the Directory.

Listings, reviews, and any other content are provided as-is. We make no warranty as to accuracy, currency, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Always contact a shop directly to confirm hours, pricing, services, and any other detail before visiting.

Inclusion of a listing in the Directory is not an endorsement.

The Directory is built from three sources:

• Publicly available information compiled from Google Business Profile, classified-ad sites, and similar public directories.
• Information supplied by shops who have claimed their listing.
• Aggregated public sentiment from publicly-visible forum posts. We do not republish individual posts; we display summary counts and link to the source.

Any individual or business may request removal of a listing or specific content via our Takedown page. We action requests within 48 hours.

If you claim a listing as a shop owner or authorised representative, you:

• Warrant that you are authorised by the shop owner to claim the listing and to bind the shop to these Terms.
• Are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all actions taken under your account.
• Agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Authorise us to verify your identity and association with the shop, including by phone verification or other reasonable means.

We reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or transfer ownership of any claim if we have reason to believe a claim was made fraudulently.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, descriptions, rosters, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Directory.

By submitting content, you warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to the content.
• You have obtained the express consent of every identifiable person depicted in or named by the content.
• The content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, deceptive, obscene (beyond what is reasonable for an adult-services directory), or otherwise in breach of Australian law.

We may remove any content for any reason without notice.

Any roster or worker information you submit must be the working name only — do not submit legal names, identification documents, or contact details for individual workers. We will not knowingly display private personal information about a worker.

Workers depicted on a listing may request removal of their photo or working name at any time via our Takedown page.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or business, or claim a listing you are not authorised to claim.
• Use the Directory to facilitate unlawful conduct, including any conduct that would be unlawful under the relevant Queensland prostitution legislation.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Directory without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with the security of the Directory, attempt unauthorised access, or send malicious traffic.
• Submit content that depicts a person under 18 or that lacks the consent of any person depicted.

The Directory links out to third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Locanto, AUS99 Forum, PunterPlanet) for additional context. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

Subject to consumer guarantees implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, the Directory is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Directory will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Directory.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any cause arising out of or relating to the Directory is limited to AUD $100, except to the extent such limitation cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Content you submit to the Directory.
• Your use of, or interactions with, any business listed on the Directory.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Directory at any time, for any reason, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Directory at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at sensualmassagedirectory.com.au/terms. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the homepage at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Directory after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of {STATE}, Australia. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
