How it works

Each venue profile can combine information from these sources:

• Google Business Profile: phone number, opening hours, website address and Google rating.
• The venue's own website: contact details and its published roster.
• Public forum threads: we count and link relevant threads. We do not quote them or turn them into summaries or sentiment scores.
• Locanto: the number of public ads associated with the venue.
• Venue owners: corrections and updates sent directly to us.

Rosters are checked daily from venue websites. Owners can also send roster updates. Because venue details can change, contact the venue to confirm before visiting.

Suspended venues are excluded from the main venue results. Where available, an approved venue photo and Google review details are shown with the listing. The server fetches eligible venues by roster response score, then cached Google rating, venue name and listing ID. A roster submission increases the response score, while stale claimed or verified venues can have that score reset after 28 days without a roster.

Within the results loaded on a directory page, the default order puts venues that are open now first. It then favours more complete profiles based on whether they have an approved photo, phone number, website, address, Google rating, opening hours and service details. Ties rotate in a consistent daily order. Visitors can instead sort by highest Google rating or most Google reviews.

On the map, Best tonight puts open venues first, then venues with a current roster showing people available today, then venues with an older roster that still shows people today. If you share your location, distance comes next; otherwise venue name breaks the tie. The map also offers distance and alphabetical sorting. Paid, claimed and verified status are not used in these map sorting rules.

Advertising, booking links and buying services from LUNA Systems do not buy a higher position in these ranking rules.

If a woman asks us to remove her name or photo from a venue, we hide it at that venue straight away. The venue owner then has 7 days to dispute the request.
